Fuzzy Optimization Model for Decision-Making in Supply Chain Management

Choosing a supplier is complex decision-making process that can reduce the total cost of production inputs and increase profits without increasing price or sacrificing product quality. However, selection processes usually involve multiple quantitative qualitative criteria which complexity problem may decrease accuracy effectiveness process. Such problems be supported by using multicriteria (MCDM) models. While there have been MCDM models to support in different industries sectors, only few are developed garment industry, especially under uncertain environment. This paper presents an integrated mathematical model fuzzy environment applies it industry. In this research, authors utilize Buckley extension based Analytical Hierarchical Process (FAHP) method combination with linear normalization Grey Relational Analysis (F-GRA) develop approach As result, 08 (SA08) optimal supplier. The contribution work propose for ranking potential suppliers industry proposed also applied industries.
